- If you have a noodle machine: roll out dough with the machine until it is in the second last thinnest size. Then, with noodle attachment for wide noodles, make the noodles.
- Boil in salt water. Drain.
- For sauce: Cut bacon in thin slices. Cut sausage and onions into small pieces.
- Fry bacon until crispy.
- Add sausage and onions and fry until onions are transparent and meat is cooked.
- Take out bacon, sausage and onions from pan. Discard extra bacon grease, reserving only about 1-2 tablespoons in the pan.
- Add cream, milk, salt and pepper to the bacon grease and bring to a boil. If needed, add salt to taste.
- Mix cornstarch with a tablespoon of water and pour into the suace. Boil until thickened.
- Mix noodles and sauce. Top with bacon, sausage, and onions.
- Serve with dill pickles. Enjoy!
