- Ground pepper/onions

- Use a rolling pin to press your bread slices flat.Set them aside.
- In a pan fry your onions,add garlic/ ginger.Add in your pepper and keep frying for 2_3 mins.
- Add in your minced meat or sausage.keep cooking.
- Add in your other spices,maggi/ salt to taste.Then you bring down and allow to cool.
- Now bring one flattened bread slice,scoop a spoonful of your meat into half of the bead.
Put a little water in a cup.Then use your finger,dip it into the water and use it to wet the edges of your bread.
Fold over the other part of your bread that is empty onto that side which contains your meat. - Ensure you get a rectangular shape(like an envelope).Use your finger to press the edges together to seal up your enveloped meat.Now do so for all the bread slices.
- Break your eggs in a bowl and whisk.
- Pick your envelop,dip into the egg.Remove quickly so that your bread doesn't soak too much eggs.Then place it into your bread crumbs.Make sure your bread is well covered with the crumbs.
- Put little oil on fire fire and fry your bread on medium heat
- Note: Don't deep fry.
