- 1 tsp Cummin seeds (powder)
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1/2 tsp Blackpepper (pounded)
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 Onion
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
Instructions to make to make Whosayna’s Packed Hot Dogs
- Dough: Mix ingredients well, add the rest and mix well.
- Then bind soft dough using hot water, knead well till dough is soft.
- Let it rise to double in size.
- Punch back make balls, roll each into roti.
- Fill either with fried sausage or long kebabs.
- Keep on greased tray, let it rise for half an hour then bake in oven on 200 C till browned up.
- Long Kebabs: Blend together yogurt, coriander, onion and mint leaves, green chillies, all spices, salt, and oil
- Double mince the mince meat, mix the yogurt mixture with it and marinate for three hours.
- Shape in seekh kebabs and arrange on tray.
